- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge $50 an hour but I am flexible and I understand that not everybody has a huge budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to narrow down what the problem is and the desired end result is before entering into relationship with any customer. I work systematically trying to diagnose a problem in a correct solution for that problem. Very often it is a process of elimination.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have both college and personal experience. I've been in the Information Technology field for 20 years and experience to a large variety of systems software and environments. I'm very Hands-On.
