- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to discuss areas of possible infestation with the customer prior to the actual inspection, so both parties are aware of what areas/materials will be tested. This way we assemble a scope of work before the inspector gets on the worksite, so there are no surprises in the end results. We guide you through the process of testing and will make sure you are in a better position when proceeding to abatement.
