We have had Air Conditioners that were thru the wall. One minute freezing then another minute its warm. One side of the family room freezing the other side warm. Cant hear the TV because the A/C is noisy.I couldnt take it anymore especially after this past summer heat wave. My electric bill was more than I ever spent. I asked for a recommendations for a HVAC company. I asked my contractor and friend and he told me that Dillon at Sustainable Heating and Air Conditioning is the guy for me. Dillon came with ideas and advice. I asked a lot of questions. He gave us a quote and I accepted his ideas for what was best for my home and we installed 4 mini splits.He called with an approximate date and he was true to his word. He came with a very nice guy named Dominick. What a nice guy! The work was done carefully. I was impressed.The men just left and within minutes my home is cool and quiet.They were neat and respectful of my home. I took out my vacuum cleaner to vacuum and as I was walking into the room, I see that Dominick was already cleaning and vacuuming up the dust.I have 2 dogs so it is a concern when workers come to the house. Dillon and Dominick were very careful with leaving doors open. I was happy. Extremely professional.What more can I say? Except Thank you Dillon!Many thanks

I could not be happier with Dillon and his company Sutainable Heating and Air Conditioning. After 17 years my Central AC (Condenser/Air Handler) needed to be replaced. From the moment Dillon and his right hand man Dominic arrived at my house to give me an estimate, until the moment the work was completed, they could not have been more professional. They walked me through every step, explaining what needed to be done and why. As I write this we are in Day 4 of our late summer heat wave (over 90 degrees and humid last 4 days) and this three zone system I have has NEVER performed this well. Dillon and Dominic treated my house from basement to attic like it was their own home. The pricing was very fair and Dillon went beyond the scope of work covered in the estimate with no add ons to the bill. They tested everthing to make sure things were running properly. And then they tested everthing again. The quality of their work, their patience with my many questions and their professional approach were all exceptional. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend these guys to someone needing a AC or Heating Proessional.

I was referred to this company from a friend for a new furnace that I needed installed in my house. Dillon was very responsive throughout the whole process. Im a little bit of a neat-freak and he and his team did not disappoint! Very clean work and they left my house immaculate. I Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
