Pricing depending on what the customers needs are, the size of the place, how often, and location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First the new customer and I contact through email or phone. The next step is making an appointment to see the place that needs to be cleaned in person. After we discuss price and discuss a schedule to when works best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Carpet cleaning training and 18 years of work experience in maintenance.
