Performed a complete demo of 800sqft wood flooring, laid Warmboard sub flooring and hydronic tubes, and cut/installed wood look tiles in a herringbone pattern with brass inlay borders.
They did an amazing job with all the detail and were very flexible with my job site constraints.

Words cannot begin to express how grateful we are to have met Abraham and his entire team. We were in the middle of an absolute nightmare gut renovation project where our existing contractor nearly destroyed our home and 3 months into what was supposed to be a 2 month project, we were left with only 10% completion and a completely botched tiling, sheetrock, and painting fiasco.
Abraham was able to walk the property and provide a very comprehensive "rescue" plan within a single weekend that worked with our budget and then immediately provided all the crews needed to complete each and every aspect of the renovation from scratch and salvaging what we could. Work is done on a strict timeline, the crew is incredibly professional and an expert in their own crafts, and the finished product is perfection. The most important aspect of it all is there is always a clear and direct line of communication to have any issues addressed immediately, any questions answered, and always conscious of the project budget. I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. Be kind to yourself and give this team a call. We will be recommending them to everyone we know!
Details: Kitchen • Hallway • Entranceway • Living room • Floor • 401 - 500 sq ft • Concrete • Porcelain • Yes, I already have the tiles

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer unparalleled comprehensive services, a rarity in the contractor industry. At Unique Tile & Stone, we take pride in consistently providing uniform estimates and pricing for all projects with every client. While our rates may exceed those of other companies, this is attributed to our commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and our status as authorized distributors of premium construction materials. These materials are utilized to uphold our warranties & ensuring the quality and longevity of all our work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Based on the nature of the project, the communication process may vary. For smaller projects, email correspondence is typically utilized, unless the client specifically requests an on-site meeting, which incurs no additional charges. Conversely, for larger projects, we typically arrange an on-site appointment to facilitate a personal introduction, thorough discussion of project specifics, and confirmation of existing conditions.
