Hampton Wellness is an excellent source of fitness and nutrition information. The trainers are excellent They are extremely knowledgeable and spend considerable time developing high quality integrated fitness programs tailored to their clients goals and needs. They guided me through double hip surgery to a place where I can resume training for triathlons and continue to pursue my martial arts training.

I have been using Sara as my trainer for years. She and her team are AMAZING. I’ve had a lot of knee surgeries and have some real limitations. I always feel like she hears me and responds with workouts that protect and strengthen while still kicking my ass! I’ve never looked or felt better and I have Hamptons Wellness on Wheels to thank.

Been working with HWW for over a month - the sessions a well prepared, target different areas of the body, and are presented in a format that I can follow and feel like like I am having a personal training session!! Sara and Ross also motivate daily healthy living through supplemental information on nutrition and self awareness! Whats great is you can also access sessions to fit your busy schedule! Thanks! The best online fitness platform in my opinion, diverse classes a lot of content, videos with different amounts of time so if you want a quick workout it’s there or a full class if you have the time !
