I have been using Sara as my trainer for years. She and her team are AMAZING. I’ve had a lot of knee surgeries and have some real limitations. I always feel like she hears me and responds with workouts that protect and strengthen while still kicking my ass! The trainers are excellent They are extremely knowledgeable and spend considerable time developing high quality integrated fitness programs tailored to their clients goals and needs. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We preform an assessment with each client to learn their goals, restrictions and availability. We create individualized progressive programs to increase strength, mobility, their cardiovascular system or their specific goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have numerous Certifications and are always progress our knowledge through research, certifications and partnerships.
