- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Plated dinners start at $225 per person, family-style at $200, with a $1500 minimum for private events, Groceries Included. For weekend getaways or longer stays, residencies run $1,200–$1,500 per day and include all your meals, grocery shopping, and full kitchen management, groceries billed separately. Bigger events like clambakes or pig roasts are custom quoted based on what you're envisioning. I ask for 50% upfront to secure your date, and you pay the balance once everything's wrapped up and the kitchen's spotless.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation—your date, guest count, the vibe you're going for, any dietary needs. From there I build a custom menu around your tastes and the season. Once you approve it, I handle everything: sourcing ingredients, cooking, serving, and cleanup. You just show up to your own party and enjoy it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Tom is a Johnson & Wales University–trained chef with over 20 years of fine-dining and private-chef experience. His background includes work in Michelin-starred restaurants in New York City, as well as years of private chef service for luxury clients across the Hamptons and Tri-State area.
