Rocky was amazing!!!!! He replied back to me so fast and was here when he said he would be. The door installation was a little more complex just because my landlord cut plenty of corners when installing it but thanks to Rocky I have a functioning door now and no more squeaks. He was also very friendly and just made me feel 1000% comfortable with having him in my home. I have several more projects that I will be calling him for for sure. Hit him up you won’t regret it.

Raqkeem was quick and efficient within his line of scope of duties. I needed three ring doorbell installations. I had baby cordless drill about 8v/12 inch. As a woman i definitely YouTube the whole install process for the ring doorbell. My attempts failed. I had three different surfaces and Raqkeem had proper tool utilization. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Within Under an hour. So glad I was able to find someone who knew what needed to be done had the proper tools to adjust to his job requirements. I had a clogged toilet, which is usually not a big deal to solve, but this time around a regular plunger would not fix the problem. This was during the night, which meant I had to look for a plumber who worked after regular hours. I used Google to find the top rated "24 hr" plumbers near me, and chose three. I went with the first one, and they assured me that someone would be there within the hour. An hour came and went, but no plumber showed up. I called back the dispatcher, but no one answered. I tried the two other places, but got no answer. I tried three more plumbing places without success. Then it dawned on me that I could use Thumbtack. I logged in, described my problem, and searched for plumbers. Rocky was at the top of the list. Not only that, but he was online at the time. I sent him a message, to which he responded within a couple of minutes. He assured that he could be at my place in about an hour. We agreed on a price, and he said he was on his way. He arrived on time with the appropriate tools. Within 15-20 minutes, the toilet was operational again. No muss, no fuss. Would definitely use him again if the need arises.
