Michael was very prompt, identified the problem and rectified it right away. He educated us about our unit and how to maintain it, went above and beyond. I found him efficient, reasonably priced and reliable. I highly recommend him. You won't be sorry.

I had leaking ductless system. Mike at Airtight was prompt and explained everything as he inspected the problem, thinking ahead w alternative solutions if necessary. His rates were reasonable. He has a friendly personality, is knowledgeable and straightforward. A lucky find. I will use him again if I have a problem with my A/C system.

I had the pleasure of meeting and having my HVAC system serviced by Airtight heating and cooling LLC . Mike presented himself well as a professional, knowledgeable, and personable technician. He must know the valuable asset he is to the team of technicians as well as the statement this presents to their' commitment to quality customer service. Him and his team also appeared at agreed upon time and very professionally set about installing our new furnace and air conditioner. They were very careful about protecting our house and cleaning up after they were done. With patience they explained the operation and adjustment of our system. They answered our questions and offered future help if necessary. I can not think of a smoother transition of the equipment. I heartily recommend Airtight Heating and Cooling LLC because of the quality of their employees.
