- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not in the business of trying to take advantage of anyone. I give very fair prices and am a kind person who will work with the customer every opportunity possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process begins with a conversation regarding what plans the customer has for their project. I then will go where the work is to be done and evaluate the circumstances. Then I will set up with the customer how materials will be obtained and schedule a date and time to have the work completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've obtained formal electrical training and certification. I've been working in the field for 15-20 years.
