I have many words to describe this guy! Marley loves what he does and it’s evident in his work. He has an infinite passion for helping others reach their fitness goals. I used to hate working out..... I always thought it was tiresome, time consuming and that I just couldn’t do it. Now I eat my words.... I am absolutely grateful to have found Marley to help me because slowly but surely I am doing things I never thought I could and seeing actual results. My sessions with Marley are always specific to my needs. He did an excellent job assessing my capabilities and was able to adjust my work outs for me when needed while maintaining effectiveness. He’s very intentional and creative with the work out plans he designs for me, is always patient and takes the time to explain what we’re doing, why we’re doing it and what results to expect. I also love that he’s always optimistic and encouraging, I really couldn’t recommend a better person to whip you into shape.
