FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent, competitive and tailored to the scope of your project. We provide detailed estimates upfront with no hidden fees. Every project is unique, and pricing depends on factors like materials , design, complexity, timeline, and labor. We are happy to breakdown and offer options to fit your budget without compromising quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: We start with a conversation to understand your vision, needs, timeline, and budget. This may happen over the phone, via email, or in person. Site Visit & Assessment: For most projects, we conduct a site visit to evaluate the space, take measurements, and identify any potential challenges or requirements. Proposal & Estimate: Based on the consultation and site visit, we prepare a detailed proposal that includes scope of work, materials, cost estimates, and timelines. Planning: Once the proposal is approved, we sign a contract and begin planning the project in detail—ordering materials, scheduling crews, and securing any necessary permits. Project Execution: Our team gets to work, keeping the site organized, safe, and clean. We provide regular updates and are always available for questions. Final Walkthrough & Completion: Once the project is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations. Any final adjustments are made, and we close out the job. Follow-Up: We stand by our work and follow up after project completion to ensure satisfaction and address any remaining concerns.
