Brittany is an amazing yoga instructor and person! Myself (42 years old) and stepdaughter (14 years old) never took a yoga lesson before and thought it would be a great thing to do together. Brittany made us not only feel comfortable trying yoga but Ive now seen so much progress in us both. We are doing things I never thought capable of! I highly recommend Brittany!

A review from a total beginner. I received a general recommendation to try yoga, and decided to actually follow through on it. I asked around for a yoga instructor in my area and someone pointed me in Brittany's direction. I had never done yoga before, so I realized I could do a one on one session to get a handle on it before making a fool of myself at a larger class. I definitely succeeded in that, and it was fun tooThe studio looks like the photos, and was very clean. Brittany was very knowledgeable and quick to adjust the session to match my ability or inability. She has equipment to help with being a beginner, which I needed a few times. During the exercises, I enjoyed her ability to call attention to the relevant muscle groups so I would know if I was doing it right. She was also helpful in giving me advice when I was unsure, and specifically how to adjust when I needed correction. She was very supportive, which was nice because I probably looked ridiculous. I did feel the stretches though.After the stretches we did a meditation. I'm a big fan of solo meditation, and I was not sure how I would enjoy a guided meditation. It was nice and smooth. I was definitely able to be immersed in it.The entire session felt very natural and conversational. It was much more of a personal session than a routine thing or class of one. I'm happy I gave it a shot, and will be doing yoga again

My SILs arranged a private outdoor yoga class with Brittany for my bachelorette party. I cannot say enough good things!! Brittanys love for yoga is evident and she spewed positive vibes throughout the whole session. Her meditation at the end was a plus. Would definitely recommend!!
