We just hit 10 years in business Sept '25 and things couldn't be better. We just added bigger landscape jobs to our portfolio this year along with the 120+ lawns we mow and maintain. We are happy to serve our customers and hope that we have lasting relationships with them.

We have used MAD Property Management for plowing, yard maintenance and painting. Marshall does an excellent job. He communicates well, is fairly priced, timely and detail oriented. He sends project updates and makes sure that the job is done to satisfaction. We will continue to use MAD for our property needs.

My family and I are more than happy we have MAD Property Management in our community, we are dependant on these hard working folks and their employees. Unlike others we've had in the past, we never have had to make calls or chase down a missing or late service. From snow removal to lawn care, we have no worries. These people pay attention to your needs when you need it. Like little elves, they remove Mother Nature's footprints and you never seem to know when they were there!

I hired this company asking them if they knew how to paint a house. They had never done it before but felt they could and they did such great work. They spent so much time and effort into making my house look fantastic. The owner was professional and kept great communication and asked questions keeping me in the loop with all they were doing. Great company to work with

A minor problem, but the owner contacted me and took care of the situation very quickly. Was very apologetic and concerning. Kind of company that you can feel good about hiring without having any worries or concerns
