Duman is polite, prompt and professional. He responded quickly and understood the job. He repaired one window same day and needed glass for the second. Once the glass was available the job was complete same day. While here he looked at a kitchen island/counter and came up with a solution that improved the cosmetics and functionality. Bonus points for bring pet friendly!
