Todd and his team came when they said they would, responded promptly to my questions and completed the work required as they stated they would! ( I think they left the basement cleaner than they found it! ) Great doing business with a professional team who was able to address the issue in our basement (cracked wall) for a fair price.

Todd, the owner of All Dry Basement, is professional, prompt, and pleasant. He worked efficiently and came when he said he would. He and his assistant, Josh, are hard workers and did an excellent job waterproofing our basement, including a crawlspace. The attention paid to detail was amazing. Todd is a perfectionist who obviously takes pride in his work. We are very pleased with the outcome.
We appreciated Todd taking time to explain things when we asked questions and sharing his ideas on how best to take care of some tricky issues we hadn’t anticipated. Todd knows his business and we highly recommend him.
