- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
all projects are different as to height and preparation of surfaces. it is hard to give a honest price without visually serveying the jobsite
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the major key to procuring a good relationship with each other, Recomendations are also a key to these relationships. I require a deposit on most jobs of 1/3 down, I have customers asking if I want all money down in advance and I will always decline this as My scedual has always worked the best for me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Life has taught me a great deal and along the way I have asked many questions as I am self taught and have become a mentor in my trade. I hold an OSHA 10 certificate for safty
