Chef Leslie completely made the evening beyond special! She caught on to my Summer garden theme and vision immediately and brainstormed and executed flawlessly! My 11 dinner guests and myself were floored and super grateful. I'm already trying to figure out when I can use her again. She is extremely reliable and of exceptional culinary talent👍🏻👍🏻

I reached out to Leslie last week (via Thumbtack - great site) to cater my daughter's high school graduation party.From that day forward, Leslie has been with me every step of the way. As I am not in the habit of throwing big parties (125 ppl) Leslie's patience & expertise is greatly appreciated. I can not wait to see what she has in store for us! Her ideas thus far are amazing! Further, she is diligently working within my budget. So far, so good. Thankful to have met her and can not wait to sample the food!

Family buffet dinner for 28 people. Antipasto appetizer. Beef tenderloin, chicken picatta, pearl potatoes, beets, haricot beans almondine, caesar salad and Bibb salad. Tollhouse pie. Everything was excellent quality and taste! Leslie was very accommodating to our specific needs. Having a "bus person" to keep up with clean up would have been helpful as we used china dishes and silver, no disposables.

I am constantly looking to stay abreast of latest food trends and recipe s. I also always jump at the chance to work with other chefs...you never know ( but always do) learn something new from colleagues
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I couldn't help myself!
