- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First an appointment is necessary to discuss the scope of the project and talk about the design and expectations. We request from the customer any supporting pictures, prints or documents they may already have available. We then provide an accurate and detailed estimate. Once both parties are in agreement, a contract is signed and the project schedule will begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We seek manufacturer training with products and systems we use as well as many years of on the job experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have always done this type of work and it is second nature for us. The type of work we do has been a lifelong endeavor and is always evolving with technology.
