I needed someone to unclog a slow draining Kohler jacuzzi bathtub, including repairing the stopper mechanism that was stuck so the tub would not drain at all. I was very lucky to call Proper Plumbing, who responded within minutes to my search and was able to come by and fix my problem within a few hours. He was quick, smart, knowledgeable, and a very nice young man. I will call definitely call him again when I have another plumbing issue.

Let me first say i am that person who handles all the repairs in my home and would try over and over again to get it done before i have a professional come to my home. This necessary repair had to be done and i debated for a while. Miguel was very professional and punctual. His work was first class and left no mess once the work was completed.
