Ray and his son arrived a little ahead of schedule and completed their work quickly and efficiently. I particularly appreciated Ray's explanation of exactly what they had to do to fix our problem. IN fact, he'd figured this out based on our prior phone call and photos I'd sent him. This all made sense to me, as opposed to what we'd been told by another plumber, who said he'd have to "redo everything." Our house is over 100 years old and prior owners had tried to do things themselves - and not especially well. Ray told us that our second story bathroom was not vented. We'd hired another plumber who did a substantial amount of work adding traps and vents, but he was injured before he could complete the job. So, Ray's willingness to come in to finish up another plumber's project was exactly what you'd hope a pro would do. Good guys, we are glad they had time for us and would gladly hire them again.

He was there before the time agreed in and was able to repair the leak. The gentleman went above and beyond in the work requested without any additional fee, he had to cut into a wall. He ran new pipes to both lines to illuminate any future leak on the new ceiling being installed. I would recommend this mid gentleman for any job needed on plumbing.
