FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price work based on the job, not guesswork. That usually means the best value comes from clear, project-based pricing after I understand the scope. No surprise nonsense, and if there’s a better way to bundle a few small tasks together, I’ll tell you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the problem, the space, and the result you want. Then I ask a few quick questions, share a clear plan and price, and schedule the work. On the job, I keep communication simple, show up prepared, and make sure the finished result is clean and done right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve learned this work through hands-on project experience, problem solving, and working directly with homeowners and clients. I bring a practical, detail-focused approach to every job, with an emphasis on doing things safely, cleanly, and correctly the first time. Additionally I have learned carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work by apprenticing under master tradesman, and also was a General Contractor in NYC.
