Introduction: Throughout my career as a senior graphic designer, I have become an expert in Macs and PCs, hardware and software, repairs, updating, networking, etc. My basic service is $40.00 an hour. You bring your computer to me. I begin work on it promptly, returning the computer to you within 3-5 days, or advising you that the problem will require additional time to repair. My expedited service is $75.00 an hour. You bring your computer to me and wait in my comfy home (with my friendly pets) while I repair it. I also have on site service, available for businesses, networks and/or multiple computers only. I have a minimum one hour service charge. After the first hour, I charge in half hour increments. An average repair takes approximately a hour and a half - all repairs are different. I enjoy being able to fix computers for people, especially in this day and age of how important the computer is for everyday life.
