Introduction
I enjoy working with kids, I have 3 of my own and it's a blast being a parent! To help a child learn to play an instrument - that they may be playing for the rest of their life is an honor, in my opinion. And I am grateful to part of that learning experience.

Rob has been a pleasure to have teaching my daughter guitar lessons. He is very accomodating by coming to our home, he has a wonderful rapport with my daughter and is extremely knowledgeable in his field. We have also seen him performing is other venues and can tell he truly loves his work.

We having been using Mr. Skane for 5 months now for personal guitar lessons and we have been very happy. Mr. Skane comes to the house and teaches my 13yo daughter. He has a very easy manner and a good rapport with youth. My daughter has some special needs and he is more than willing to modify his teaching to accommodate her needs. His price is very reasonable and he is very reliable. He is easy to reach via email.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Most commonly I am asked to help students get better at various aspects of their playing. Everything from learning more scales and learning more chords to learning songs. Some students enjoy being able to read music, some don't - I am comfortable teaching in both situations.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice would be to explore your options and see who best fits your particular needs. Ask as many questions as you need to.
