Introduction: We have listened and emulated early jazz since our band first formed in 1958. Many of our musicians have passed on, but we are mentoring young musicians in this jazz style. We enjoy seeing the smiles on people's faces while we are playing. It is our goal to educate young people in the joy of music, both playing and listening.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We want younger folks and families to know about what live jazz sounded like in the 1920s and 30s. We know they like it...especially little kids who will be dancing around in front of the band. We are doing what we can to pass on the tradition and have convinced some Eastman School students to keep this style in the back of their minds.
