Recognizing this, I work with you to identify and break through your barriers, help you define solutions, and start to build new skills and habits that will allow you to be successful with whatever challenges you are facing in your life.
Business (or professional) effectiveness for the small business owner or a corporate manager/leader. Through a combination of business consulting and coaching, I will help you clarify your business mission, develop your plans, hone your leadership skills, and ensure that you are positioned for success with the teams you lead and/or work with.
I work virtually -- via phone or Skype -- as well as in person as appropriate. I have clients locally, across the US, and around the world.

Ive worked with Jin Li for several months, and during that time she has helped me look at my life from different and very helpful perspectives. Jin Li is an exceptionally good listener with a warm, affirming, and compassionate manner of coaching that is very motivating.
Very quickly, Jin Li helped me discover and clarify whats most important to me by getting me to think in different ways and by asking provoking questions that I had never thought about. She was always able to summarize and clarify my key points in a very organized way.
Jin Li encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and inspired me to take action to accomplish things that Ive always dreamed about, showing me whats possible and guiding me toward achieving it. She gave me meaningful assignments after each session that encouraged me to be more aware of the points we discussed, so the value of my sessions with Jin Li always continued beyond the time we actually spoke together.

Jin Li's ability to ask insightful questions that forced me to think about the choices I make in my professional life was the most effective coaching I have ever received in my career. So many times I have had coaches and advisers that try to teach or direct me on how to be a better leader. Jin Li was great! She guided me through some difficult times in my life, helping me seek balance between the different facets of my work life (small business, freelancing) and personal life. This is my first experience with a life coach and I couldn't be happier. Jin is amazing! Best decision I have ever made. Jin has helped me set healthy boundaries in my personal and professional life. Before coaching my life was out of control. I did not have a clear vision of my goals and my life ran me. I could not voice my true thoughts, feelings or ambitions and the word no was absent from my vocabulary. Jin didn't just tell me how to concur and overcome these situations she taught me how.
