Personal effectiveness for those facing personal challenges is an indispensable skill but is also an area that holds many people back. Ineffective patterns and distorted thinking are often so ingrained that it is difficult to become aware of them and let them go. Recognizing this, I work with you to identify and break through your barriers, help you define solutions, and start to build new skills and habits that will allow you to be successful with whatever challenges you are facing in your life.
Business (or professional) effectiveness for the small business owner or a corporate manager/leader. Through a combination of business consulting and coaching, I will help you clarify your business mission, develop your plans, hone your leadership skills, and ensure that you are positioned for success with the teams you lead and/or work with.
I work virtually -- via phone or Skype -- as well as in person as appropriate. I have clients locally, across the US, and around the world.

This is my first experience with a life coach and I couldn't be happier. Jin is amazing! Best decision I have ever made. Jin has helped me set healthy boundaries in my personal and professional life. Before coaching my life was out of control. I did not have a clear vision of my goals and my life ran me. I could not voice my true thoughts, feelings or ambitions and the word no was absent from my vocabulary. Jin didn't just tell me how to concur and overcome these situations she taught me how. Jin provided me the tools and training to be able face these situations with empowerment. Jin is an excellent listener. I was very impressed by how understanding she is. I am confident she wants nothing more than for me to succeed. Jin goes above and beyond to ensure my success. I am so thankful I found her!!

I am currently working with Jin and she is awesome. I contacted Jin to help me figure out the next chapter in my career. We have only had 2 sessions so far, but I have already had somewhat of a breakthrough due to Jin's coaching.
