I was in a real jam and he was the most responsive and professional service man that we could've had for the job. Thank you so much and much success in your business. He helped us with what we thought was a basic clogged toilet and it ended up being a much bigger job and yet he only charge me for a basic service call. He stayed for seven hours until the job was done. Fantastic character and ethical man and Plumber.

I had RuivoRenovation come into my home and completely gut and rebuild my kitchen , bathroom,hallway and livingroom.Brandon is one of the best electrician , plumberand carpenter i have ever come across . I have had other contractors come into my house and compliment me on my crown molding.He came in each day and covered everything with tarps ans cleaned up each day before he left as best as could be with the emmenceness of my job I would not hesitate to reccomend him to anyone .Anyone interested in seeing his work is free to get my number from him and come see for yourself ...5 stars !!?...Ray jensen ,lindenhurst ,N.Y.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing system we go by. We believe that every job is different. So to get a better understanding of giving out prices we like to see the work before so we can give you the best price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to make shore they feel more then comfortable with us and that they can fully trust us to do our best work on there homes while no short cuts of half a** work will be acceptably.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years of experience in doing all home improvements.
