- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a base price pre hour or a flat rate. I don’t change for every little thing. If it takes me 5 mins and your are a returning customer I probably wont charge you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know what they are thinking and listen to there ideas or issue they are having
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
