Charles was wonderful! He arrived on time, and got right to work. He was friendly and courteous. His price was more then fair, in fact, I was so sure that I was getting the better deal that I gave him a tip. If we ever have another problem with our electronics, we will only call Anderson Network.

he was ok. i wasn't imbued w/confidence that he'd be able to solve my problem of duplicate videos and photos on my laptop. he showed me some shortcuts which were helpful. but he offered no automatic solution to my problem. and maybe there wasn't one available, which could've been an unfair expectation on my part.

Hello Peter, Due to the way the photo app is setup all the images are in a database. After looking at your images i didnt see any duplicates and when you set up photo albums you will see duplicates because the images will be in the main location as well as the album you setup.

I charge a base price pre hour or a flat rate. I don’t change for every little thing. If it takes me 5 mins and your are a returning customer I probably wont charge you.
