Chris showed up on time, was fast, professional, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and did not sell us what we didn’t need. Highly recomend!!!

5 stars, great value, professional, responsive and everything else positive! Needed a repair done. Reached out to Reliable Chimney and within no time (and on a weekend), Chris responded and put me on the schedule. He showed up on time, was careful, knew exactly what he was doing, and completed the repair. I am definitely comfortable giving my recommendation for all of the above, plus the quality of work at a great price too.

So I usually dont do the whole review thing, but I think Reliable Chimney needs a shout out. After having three other companies at the house to give us a price on repairing our chimney, we called one more company because we didnt feel comfortable using the ones who came. Chris showed up with his helper and right from the start we felt very comfortable with him. He was friendly and very informative. He explained what was need to be fixed, why and was honest about everything the whole step of the way. Reliable wasnt the cheapest but also wasnt the most expensive. I believe we definitely got more than what we payed for and both my wife and I are extremely happy with the work they did. Everything looks perfect and when they left, it was like no one was ever there. They cleaned up everything. I highly recommend Reliable Chimney to anyone who want a fair price for excellent work.
