- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free virtual estimates for work you may be looking to have done.Most smaller jobs I can give an estimate through a phone call and pictures. For larger jobs and when measurements are required, an unperson estimate will be required. I do charge a minimum fee of $175 for jobs that are under 2 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is straightforward and professional: -We start with a message or phone call to discuss your projec -Schedule an in-person estimate if measurements and more planning is necessary to review details and expectations -If we’re a good fit, we set a clear date and timeline for completion. I prioritize clear communication, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction, and I don’t consider a job complete until you’re fully satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on experience, beginning with early mentorship and continuing through working with skilled contractors across a range of trades. This realworld experience has given me a strong understanding of proper installation techniques, safety standards, and best practices for residential repairs and home improvement projects.
