I can’t say enough about Andrea and her team! I know that Thumbtack only lets me choose 3 reasons why I’m giving a 5 star review, but there are really about 20 reasons for doing so. The team was professional, punctual, responsive, efficient, patient, hardworking, organized, pleasant, and of great value. My wedding celebration was one of the most important days of my life, and Andrea made it a breeze. She is very well connected and can help you with anything (and I do literally mean anything) you need for your party. She checked in on me frequently, let me know things that I needed that I didn’t even think of, provided equipment that I was in need of last minute, has a staff member for anything on speed dial, and most of all, my guests felt well taken care of. The chaos and other factors made our party very difficult, but Andrea and her team handled everything with grace and such care. They also left the kitchen and our set up outside in great shape, putting away all food and cleaning all tables leaving us with minimal cleanup which was the goal all along. Although it was a more casual backyard reception, Andrea made sure me and my husband truly felt like the star bride and groom that night, always bringing us plates of food, drinks and dessert. I hope to work with her again in the future and if you’re thinking of booking with them, do it. I would highly HIGHLY recommend her and her team for any event. 1000/10 recommendation. Thanks again Andrea and team!!!!!

From the moment she arrived, she jumped right in—helpful, attentive, and always anticipating what needed to be done before we even had to ask. She kept everything running seamlessly, whether it was setting up, keeping things tidy throughout the event, or making sure our guests were well taken care of. Thanks to her, we were able to truly relax and enjoy the day without worrying about the little details. I can’t recommend Be Our Guest Party Helpers enough for any occasion—why take on all the stress yourself when they can handle it with such professionalism and care? We recently used Be Your Own Guest for my sons baptism party, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From initial contact to the service the day of, Be Your Own Guest’s services were exactly what I needed. The peace of mind of having an extra set of hands to help things run smoothly was worth every penny- although the pricing was excellent so this is truly a great value! A few of my guests even asked about the services, so I gladly passed along the info! Would recommend to anybody who needs another set of eyes and hands at their party.
