The communication was terrible , took a long time to get responses . Once I finally got to the booking I was quoted 150 to remove all cobwebs , mop and sweep my basement area. I was offered an additional 10 percent to book the day they called which I did . I should've double checked the space after she was done cleaning before she left and I paid , not only was a charged the full 150 without the discount but my floors weren't swept or mopped ( when she arrived she said concrete floors aren't really mopped so I said that's fine but I didn't think I would've still been charged for the mopping ) to make matters worse the beams are still full of cobwebs. Terrible , don't book for cleaning or at least double check everything !
