Hi! My name is Jody Brown and my business, Wholly Education, was born of a desire to help others on their journeys to wholeness. It encompasses a variety of services including Health Coaching, Reiki & Light Therapy Sessions, Meditation Classes, and Journey to Inner Peace Women’s Retreats. Additionally, I am a ULC minister able to serve as a Wedding Officiant in the Finger Lakes area. My diverse background enables me to draw knowledge from many sources to envision a more comprehensive result. I enjoy sharing the lessons I have learned on my journey to wholeness with others who are seeking to transform their lives.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard $250 fee for officiating at a wedding includes a consultation, sharing sample vows and the service itself. If you need me for the rehearsal, that will be an additional $50. If you need help writing your own vows rather than using the sample scripts I provide that will be an additional $25. I take cash, check, Paypal and Venmo due the day of the ceremony.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation where you tell me your vision for your ceremony. We then work out the sample scripts. After that comes the wedding itself and you are off to your happy new life together!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a ULC ordained minister since 2001. I have officiated at over two dozen weddings and one funeral service as well as leading worship services at Unitarian Universalist congregations in the Central New York area since 1999. My degree is in Women's Studies with a concentration in Women's Spirituality.
