FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is all explained in our detailed proposals. Homeowners should never take our proposals and try to do the work or have a handyman attempt it. It’s too complex and detailed and many steps are not explained in the proposal, but a necessary part of maintaining the integrity of the work/end result and an imperative step in the process
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With my son/partner, to sit down with the husband and wife or owner of the home and have an in-depth discussion with what THEY think the issue is. Then a detailed examination and determination of problems and solutions based on our years of experience
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Much. See previous column. We stay up to date on environmentally responsible products, methods, machinery. We also maintain close relationships with technicians and executives in the companies which often gives us a great advantage and job recommendations.
