- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a first customer we offer 5% on your first project and also we discount on providing us by refferals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when we meet a new customer we treat them as if they were our own family getting to know the inns and the outs of every need that they may have arise for their home. Typical estimates are always free and we always look to give to separate estimates because everyone can use a break
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and my crew have numerous certifications from (irrigation rainbird accadmy),(smart home/home security savant,crestron,nest,ring,wink)(carpentry Carpenter union)(electrical-boces residental&commercial)(computer-google&apple certified technician)to many to list!
