I was charged $400 for a small 2 bedroom apartment. I was 1 day away from giving birth and desperate so I paid it. Arrived 3 hours late unapologetically and Christela spent the whole time in my kitchen while someone else with her took a rag and walked around my apartment sporadically wiping it across whatever she walked past. They wouldn’t tell me what products they used but whatever it was pulled up and smeared the grout from my tile floors. So all of my floors got ruined. She charged me $60 for my laundry room the size of a coat closet. Machines only wiped on top and all of my cleaning rags wet and used on-top of the machine. They used multiple rolls of my paper towels and a bunch of my cleaning products but not on or in my house, they just disappeared from my home. It was the worst cleaning job I’d ever seen. As I wobbled through the front door they ran out the back, literally (we didn’t see each other at all). My floors were wet with dirty footsteps everywhere. My one bedroom was vacuumed and that was it. Nothing wiped down etc. All in all this woman and her “co- worker” charged me $400 a day before I gave birth to stand in my house, ruin it and help themselves to whatever they felt entitled to. Disgusting.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first time we clean your house it will be a little more money because it’s a deep clean, and the house is the most dirty, but after the fist clean if you would like to continue a weekly cleaning basis then the price will lower.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is I will call you the we will set up a date for an estimate where I got to your house you tell me what you need specifically cleaned and at the end of the estimate I will tell you my price and we could negotiate if my price is not within your budget, then we set up a date for me to clean your house.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning houses since 2007 and within that time period I have been able to see what works see what doesn’t and overall improve.
