- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope, size, and complexity of each project. We provide clear and fair estimates before starting any work, so there are no surprises. We also offer free estimates and always try to work within our customers’ budget while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I discuss the project with the customer and review photos, measurements, or visit the property if needed. Then I provide a clear estimate and explain the work that will be done. Once approved, we schedule the project and complete the work professionally, keeping the customer informed throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 12 years of hands-on experience in construction and carpentry, with a strong focus on finish carpentry. My experience includes trim, doors, windows, molding, built-ins, cabinets, decks, siding, and general carpentry. Most of my training comes from years of working directly on residential construction projects and learning professional building techniques.
