Had a stubborn leak at a chimney. Genti responded immediately, came by the same day, assessed the conditions, and we scheduled the work for the following week.

They arrived as scheduled, did the work, and with one heavy rain so far- completely dry- so I’m pretty sure we’ve got the problem fixed.

I’ve already referred him to another friend with a similar issue and don’t hesitate to recommend.

Genti was very professional and kind. He came to repair a section of old siding that was damaged by the recent heavy rain. Came quickly for an estimate and scheduled the repair quickly. I needed to get a part of the siding fixed as it had come off due to the storm earlier this month. Genti responded very quickly to my ask and contacted me with a date when he could come based on the weather. When it turned out that it wasn’t going to rain that day as predicted, he actually asked me if he could come even earlier. He came on time and was very professional. The siding is now fixed and looks like there was never an issue to begin with.
