They managed to answer all my questions promptly and patiently, even though they were very busy and sometimes worked at locations without cell signals. They were also flexible with scheduling. The work itself was fairly simple, since our sellers did a good job cleaning before moving out. It was done as expected, very professionally and neat.

Everything went well. Gave me an estimate within two days. Completed the cleaning, grouting and sealing bath tiles. Also pressure washed patio cement. Very reasonable price; friendly and easy to work with.

I own a home in the area that I rent out, and needed some work done to the bathroom tile. Since I live out of state it can be difficult to coordinate with contractors and service professionals to get work done, however North's Surface Restoration made the process easy. Communication is key, and North's did a great job. Working with North's was affordable, efficient, and resulted in a quality product. I would definitely recommend this company.
