I contacted Symmetry A Inc. to install a streaming system for my household tv system. I contact Jim by email and he called me later in the afternoon and said he could come to my house by late afternoon. He arrived right on time and started his work ASAP and was completed (2) hours later. I needed new parts which he had in his shop vehicle which impressed me. After the work was done he instructed me on how to use it, which is not an easy task when dealing with a senior citizen who isn't very "tech" savvy. Jim reassured me that he would continue to help me out if I had any questions or concerns. This made me feel really good about hiring Symmetry A, who was a true professional just like the work he does.

Great job securing a large mirror on top of a tall mantle! Communicative and helpful in answering questions about the mirror as well as other issues around the house. He even volunteered to check in the basement to answer a question about wiring. The work was done quickly and professionally—we definitely recommend Symmetry!
