You can tell Jim has a lot of experience, he knows what youd like him to take care of without having to explain much. He wall mounted my tv, hid the wire, and had a nice coverplate for the wire. He also was happy to help me install a towel hook, and he’s very friendly to work with. I would work with Jim again

Jim made a house call after our purchase of a new LG Smart TV and several hours of trying to set it up ourselves. We have aged but our knowledge of technology stagnated about 20 years ago! Jim easily and cheerfully got us back to watching TV! Super service!
