For maybe the first time in my life a project got done faster than I had expected. In addition, Jim was courteous, personable and professional. The installation looks good, and Jim was responsive after the fact when I had a question about accessing particular channels using the remotes.

You can tell Jim has a lot of experience, he knows what youd like him to take care of without having to explain much. He wall mounted my tv, hid the wire, and had a nice coverplate for the wire. He also was happy to help me install a towel hook, and he’s very friendly to work with. I would work with Jim again
