I hired RSF construction to finish my basement, including a bathroom and wet bar. The finished project looks great; exactly the way I envisioned it. Ryan and his entire team were capable, courteous and dilligent. Ryan is great to work with because of his strong communication and abililty to resolve issues that pop up during a project. I highly recommend RSF construction.

Overall, a pretty good experience, but a few items were left incomplete and Ryan is so busy that he never came back to really finish the job. I would recommend waiting to pay until absolutely everything is done.

Ryan was a pleasure to work with. We had several construction projects that needed to be done including finishing work, shingles put on the side of the house, columns to be built for under the deck, and a few other things. Ryan said he would come back to finish up a couple of things that couldn’t be done because the weather is so cold and I am sure that he will come to do so. I’d also like to hire him to do more work for us. I highly recommend Ryan to other customers because he is very friendly, intelligent, efficient and a quick worker with quality. He was a real pleasure to have around and quick to understand what type of work we were are looking for, he also adds important quality input.

Ryan was quick to meet me and provided me with many options to choose from for a Trex deck to attach to my pool. Once work started, Ryan and his crew of Jared, Eric and Mel were there everyday first thing right when they said they would and worked very hard to build the deck we wanted. They were sure to stop and ask throughout construction what it is we were looking for just so we were on the same page. In the end, the deck came out beautifully and within the timeframe they said it would take, which was quick and very efficient. The entire crew was nothing but respectful and courteous the whole time and made sure to clean up after themselves each day. I will definitely recommend RSF Construction for any project you may have and will contact them again for anything I have done in the future!

I contracted with Ryan in Nov. 2022 to remove a deck and replace it with a Trex deck, install a paver patio, remove a sliding door and replace with a window with all the finish work inherent in that, along with some small handy-man type items that needed doing. The patio was done in Dec. 2022, along with the footing for the new deck. Ryan assured me that once the footings were in, the deck could be done at any time, weather permitting. Fast forward to April 2023-no deck yet. I called Ryan, and within a matter of weeks, he was at my house and the deck was done. He said he'd order the window and return. I foolishly gave him another check. As you can see from the attached pics, I've been calling and texting him ever since to complete the job. He either doesn't respond at all, or tells me he'll be here and doesn't show up. He's very smooth, always has a valid sounding excuse, and sounds sincere. Out of desperation, I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.When they got ahold of him, he agreed that he had messed up, that I had been more than patient, and agreed to send me a check for $5000 for the work not completed. Again, very smooth. Needless to say, one month later and the check has not arrived. I'm attaching screen shots of my texts with him. I'm also attaching pics showing the debris he tossed into my woods last fall, the open dryer vent he left after he removed the cover, the pile of lumber and Trex he left on my lawn, the sliding door that should be a window, and the old sill that should have been replaced, along with a copy of the work agreement. Feel free to contact me if you doubt the veracity of this story. I'll be happy to show my cancelled checks showing that I've paid him over $50,000 for my home to be left in this state of disrepair.
