- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing does not include any preparation above and beyond standard scrape and sweep of subfloor, nor does it include trim and transitions
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all jobs I first come to the site meet the customer and assess the task at hand and go over the process and the cost. next we would agree on a return date and schedule for work. most jobs take a day or two depending on travel and square footage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a student of the trade for 8 years and have become fast and efficient without sacrifice of quality.
