Tumen Construction stayed true to original estimate for full roofreplacement even though additional work was required due to condition of roof deck. The cost of additional work was clearly explained and justified due to age of old roof. His staff was excellent and were able to complete roofreplacement in one day even with all the additional work required. I would clearly recommend Tumen Construction to my friends and family based on my experience with Yuri. The roof warranty from GAF Roofing was another key factor in selecting Tumen.

This is not the 1st roof we changed, but we see so much difference between their job n others, they did lots of details. Yuri and his team did such a great job, they are so responsible that you will never regret to hire them. I definitely highly recommend this company. Plus Yuri is modest n kind person, one of his buddy works for him 16 years already so far, very experienced and fantastically team work.
