• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
  I hope you find my pricing reasonable. I realize I must be competitive so the prices I offer on Thumbtack are a considerable discount from what I charge outside of this service. Due to my extensive experience, If you use my services, I am sure you will be more than satisfied.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
  I usually listen to client input and ask any questions I might have. Then I do thumbnail sketches of my concepts before jumping on the computer. I then work in Adobe Illustrator and present a few designs to the client. I then take the client comments and discuss with them if necessary. If they like one or more of my designs, I then provide design tweaks and/or color variations. Once a logo is finalized, I prepare and save in a variety of formats ie: .ai, .eps, .png, .jpg, etc.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
  After 4 years of college majoring in Advertising and Graphic design, I have continued to keep up on the latest trends in design as well as utilizing the latest version of the many applications included in the Adobe Creative Suite.
