What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to you for a free consultation, we then provide a formal proposal sent by email. If you decide to proceed with your project we come out to measure, all fabrication is done in our shop in Smithtown. If necessary the job will be brought to you for fitting. After this the job is finished in paint or powder coat, then we return to install.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with home owners, builders, contractors and designers. Commercial and residential.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am fond of all of our projects as they are all hand built.
