Evelyn was awesome! From the time we contacted her till the moment we said I do she was available to answer any questions. If you are looking for someone to officiate in spanish I highly highly recommend her. Our elopement wasn’t just a 15 min document signing, it was a beautiful ceremony that everyone loved!

We’re so happy that we chose Evelyn to be our Officient,she’s responsible and prompt.She was very understanding to the type of ceremony we wanted and she was willing to help with our vows. She also prepared a sand ceremony for us and all of our guests were so delighted with her words. We highly recommend her services.

Evelyn, from Aurora Phoenix Events, was the officiant at our wedding in Queens, NY, and she did an excellent job! Throughout the process she was easy to talk to and she ran everything by us. She took the time to incorporate the love we have for each other and for our children and tied everything together along with scripture, as we wanted to include our Christian faith. She performed the ceremony in Spanish and even had our children take part in the Unity Sand Ceremony at the end. Our family and friends loved the ceremony! We highly recommend her!

We had our wedding planned by Aurora Phoenix events. I loved the way Evelyn handled all our important appointments, she took every detail into consideration. She was very patient in explaining everything and we were always able to reach her. She didn't care if we changed our minds a million times, with a smile she would always do everything possible to please us.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on various factors: the distance traveled to the ceremony, if help is needed with writing vows, if asked to be part of the rehearsal, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know more about the couple and get some history on their love story, which helps with the transition of the ceremony. I then proceed to find out what type of ceremony is needed and the date and time they would like. If I am available on the date requested, then I ask about additional aspects, such as if they would like their ceremony in English or Spanish, if they need help with writing their vows, or if the couple wants an additional unity ceremony. After ironing out the details, we can come up with a price and I get to work on their perfect ceremony.

I have a passion for event planning and weddings since 2009. I became an ordained minister with the Universal Life Church and I am a registered officiant in NYC.
