Introduction: Britt is a certified yoga teacher (RYT500) with a passion for helping individuals connect with their bodies and find peace and balance in their lives. Since becoming certified in 2016, Britt has gained extensive experience in modalities such as adult vinyasa yoga, kids yoga, antigravity yoga for adults and kids, meditation, yoga nidra and is certified in reiki level II healing.
What sets Britt apart is her focus on providing individualized and personalized attention to each student. Whether in private 1:1 sessions or small group classes, Britt takes the time to understand each person's unique needs, goals, and challenges, and tailors the practice accordingly. This personalized approach ensures that each student receives the maximum benefit from their practice and feels supported and empowered on their journey.
In addition to regular classes and workshops, Britt also offers yoga experiences for special occasions such as bachelorette parties, birthday parties, and other celebrations. These unique events are a fun and memorable way to celebrate with loved ones while also enjoying stretching your body and mind.
