Had a great experience with JC. He is one of the few technicians who will actually work on Samsung equipment. Our washer stopped working and what looked like a dead pump was just a hair clog that a careful disassembly and cleaning fixed. JC was able to come out earlier than we planned and saved us a ton of expense by not needing to replace parts or by a new washer, thanks so much!!

a customer should know about me is when you called me I'm straight to the point I'm going to do all I can to get your issue resolved and you guaranteed to leave a great review as you can see so for all those customers that's reading this here go ahead if you have a problem give JC handyman a call satisfaction guaranteed
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
there's no real process of working with new customers talking with the customer and getting to know the customer just understanding that the customer doesn't know everything about what's going on so you have to be able to diagnose the problem yourself without actually being there that's the most difficult part of working with new customers or existing customers you got to take all that into accountability it's nothing with working with new customers it's just a part of the handyman business that you're working in you're not going to know the exact issue that's going on by talking with the customer
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
the training I got is pretty much like on the job training getting in there with my hands and doing what I got to do and figuring it out as I go so there's no really special training it's just pretty much touching go as you go on the job
