Erik was not only responsive, but was a professional in every way. He showed up- took the care and time needed to thoroughly understand the problem needing repair, then in a timely manner procured needed parts and made the repair. Kevin was excellent! We had an error code on our dishwasher so we reached out to him. He called within 10 minutes of receiving our inquiry. He tried his best to give us pointers to fix on our own. Unfortunately we couldn’t figure it out. He got us right on his schedule, showed up on time and got our dishwasher up and running. I highly recommend him for your appliance repairs. Thank you Kevin!
