I am a United States Marine Corps and Air Force Veteran. I initially trained in the plumbing trade through the service and then began working for a plumbing and HVAC company in 2010. In expanding my education and experience, I trained in sheet metal work with the Union starting in 2014. I take pride in being able to offer a wide range of skills within both of these industries and beyond. Erik was not only responsive, but was a professional in every way. He showed up- took the care and time needed to thoroughly understand the problem needing repair, then in a timely manner procured needed parts and made the repair. Although he did not fix our hot water issue bc we decided to go with a company to have a warranty, he was amazing. He stayed for 2 hours (only charged us one hour) to make sure he knew what the problem was, priced the part and told us to see if we had a warranty on the piece that needed to be replace to save us money. Works fair and hard

Kevin was excellent! We had an error code on our dishwasher so we reached out to him. He called within 10 minutes of receiving our inquiry. He tried his best to give us pointers to fix on our own. Unfortunately we couldn’t figure it out. He got us right on his schedule, showed up on time and got our dishwasher up and running. I highly recommend him for your appliance repairs. Thank you Kevin!
