I am a United States Marine Corps and Air Force Veteran. I initially trained in the plumbing trade through the service and then began working for a plumbing and HVAC company in 2010. Although he did not fix our hot water issue bc we decided to go with a company to have a warranty, he was amazing. He stayed for 2 hours (only charged us one hour) to make sure he knew what the problem was, priced the part and told us to see if we had a warranty on the piece that needed to be replace to save us money. Works fair and hard
