After a bunch of no shows, I was so thankful to find ND Residential Cleaning. In nearly three hours, my house was spic and span after weeks of not having a regular cleaning. I’m so excited to continue working with this company.

They were very nice and personable. One member was very thorough!! The other was nice but didn't do as well. Didn't get behind things that needed dusting, just swabbed over things that I specifically told them needed deep cleaning.

I don’t normally write negative reviews, but I would hate for someone to be left in the position that Nicole’s unprofessionalism left me in. She canceled on me many occasions with no notice for a variety of reasons, all durning the summer- I’m left to assume the actual reason is that airbnbs are easier money, she also left town for 2 weeks without giving me enough notice to book someone else. I was ok with all that, but recently she confirmed a booking with me with and did not show. I am due to give birth in a few weekend and had visitors coming the next day so I had to clean the whole house alone in one day which was physically difficult for me, because Nicole did not honor her commit or have the decency to reach out so I could make other arrangements. She did not respond to me either. She also told me that she doesn’t usually book people in Saratoga because we “are so cheap”. I paid her $220 to do a basic cleaning, of 3 bedrooms and 3 and a half baths. By basic I mean just the floors, dusting counter tops. I always made sure the floors and counters where clear for her and let her use my vacuum ect. She did not do windows, base boards or window sills. In fact she once charged me $100 dollars to dust my floor boards. She was never there for more than 2 hours, I don’t know many professions that make $100 an hour and consider it cheap.
